What constitutes a duplication?
Posted by Sarah Wood, Last modified by Sarah Wood on 15 March 2017 09:46 PM

The ALMA duplication guidelines are published at http://almascience.org/proposing/call-for-proposals/duplications, the duplication criteria are published in the Duplicate Observation and Resubmissions Section of the ALMA Proposer's guide document and in the Duplications section of the Users' Policies.

Duplication checks will be made against all next cycle proposals, previous cycle "A" graded proposals, and against successful observations that are archived by the proposal deadline. Successful observations that are obtained between the proposal deadline and the panel reviews will not be included in the Cycle 4 duplication check.

See the above references for full details.
