Can I use "breakpoints" in ALMA Cycle 2?

Authors list
A "breakpoint" is a means for a PI to insert a "pause" into an observing program after one or more Schedule Blocks (SBs) have been observed. The remaining SBs would not be marked as available for scheduling until after the project PI designates them as such (presumably after reviewing the data products from the previously observed SBs).

The use of "Breakpoints" will not be available for ALMA Cycle 2. They are a lower-priority development requirement, and will be made available when higher priority capabilities have been deployed.
