Can I use my submitted Cycle 0 or Cycle 1 proposal to prepare my Cycle 2 proposal in the OT?

Authors list

A proposal submitted to Cycle 0 or Cycle 1 that has not passed to Phase 2 (i.e. the program tab is not active; this will be the case for any project saved immediately after submission but will not be the case for Cycle 0/ Cycle 1 projects that are retrieved from the archive at the time of Cycle 2 proposal preparation) can be imported into the OT and will automatically be updated to a Cycle 2 proposal. You can then use the usual navigation around the Proposal to change sources, correlator settings, proposal title, etc... The project will be marked as "SUBMITTED" and the project code from the previous cycle will be visible and not possible to edit. The code will be automatically replaced once the new submission is successful. The "SUBMITTED" label will remain as it is.

You cannot directly edit a proposal from a previous cycle that has passed to Phase 2 and been subsequently retrieved from the archive. In order to re-use parts of such a proposal, select the 'Use project as template' option in the OT and copy individual Science Goals into the new Cycle 2 project. You can also import the author list from such a proposal using the 'Add from Proposal button' in the OT.

In order to make sure you can fully re-cycle any Cycle 2 proposal in future cycles please ensure you save it locally to disk after submission, as prompted to do by the OT.
