You can write out the pointings set up in the OT to ASCII for both "Individual Pointing(s)" and "1 rectangular field" target types by hitting the "Export" button in the Field Centre Coordinates section of the Field Setup editor.

Note that this will write out the pointings only for the selected source. To write out the full source information for all sources (including the field centre coordinates) use the "Export to File" button at the very bottom of the Field Setup editor.
