How long can I observe the Sun continuously?

Authors list
For interferometric observations, we have to observe a quasar as a phase calibrator every ~10 minutes for single-pointing, ~5 minutes for MOSAIC observations at Bands 3 and 6. Therefore, the duration of a continuous solar observation is approximately 10 or 5 minutes. The interrupted period caused by the calibration is about 3 minutes.
