A Cycle 2 proposal may contain up to a total of 150 pointings per Science Goal (combining all mosaic and offset pointings, sources and a maximum of 5 tunings) with the important restriction that these must be spaced no more than 10 degrees apart on sky. There is no restriction on the number of Science Goals.
