This issue is seen in Firefox versions 68 and above.
The weblog opens fine in the browser, but when clicking to navigate the weblog there is an error like: Error loading file:///<path to the weblog>:0 error.
This is due to a security update in Firefox 68 that is described in the following article: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/CORS/Errors/CORSRequestNotHttp
The workaround solution is to open "about:config" link in Firefox, find "privacy.file_unique_origin" property and change the property value to "false". Then close Firefox and open it again.
